Make your search engine and search in files categorized. Is functioning like a veritable search engine. Make your own search tool were can add folders and websites. Sort by category, description, keywords or URL. Save project settings. Supports many files formats (.doc, .pdf, .mp3 and more). Can organize your computer to function like a website were you can search files quickly.

I work for the OPCW (Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons). The OPCW is a non-profit international UN afilliated agency located in The Netherlands, whose main mission is to destroy all the old stockpiles of chemical weapons in the world and to control the exchange of chemicals between countries in order to prevent their usage for the production of chemical weapons. The organisation has an Intranet with a fair amount of documents (mostly .doc and .pdf) that support our daily work and we are looking for an efficient and easy-to-use intranet search engine. We also need this search engine to incorporate into CD/DVDs that we distribute for free to all member states with training material. I have tried your product and I am favorably impressed.
