Before writting wrathful reviews and forum messages if you get no response from Atrise please check that you dont use free email services like Hotmail, Comcast, Yahoo, Gmx etc.

These email services have idiotic antispam systems, so you may not get messages from the Atrise Support. We have a lot of cases when our users lose messages from Atrise. Sometimes we even cannot send a message to them, because user's mail server antispam answer. If you still want to use free emails, try Google Mail service.
