Our technical support is available 7 days a week in european working hours. Response time is 24 hours max (regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays). Registered users will get an answer faster.

If you have lost your personal registration key, please include in your message details your address, your information, and an estimated purchase date. This information will help us to find you in our registered users database. You will get your purchased key by email answer.

No Response from Atrise?

If you get no response from Atrise please check that you don’t use free email services like Hotmail, Comcast, Yahoo, Gmx etc. These email services have “idiotic” antispam systems, so you may not get answers from the Atrise Support. If you still want to use free emails, try Google Mail. Also we don’t support Freeware programs.
